DTM has expert teams to perform audits. We define the scope of audits according to clients’ needs. Audits can include entire process or particular part of the process, depending on desired improvements in the process. As DTM, we will diagnose problems of the process, give a clear, detailed picture of current performance and work with the clients to discover its future potential.
Our audits consist of 3 parts:
- Preparation of audit
- Obtaining drawings of the process and defining precise measuring points according to the scope of work
- Informing the client for required data, which are necessary for the calculations
- On-site measurements
- Planning of the measurements has been already defined according to the scope of the project, before the audit starts
- An expert team, will take the measurements in 3-5 days according to the scope of the audit.
- For better understanding of the operation, the duration of the audit can be adjusted.
- Results and discussions
- Report will be ready within 2-3 weeks after completion of the on-site measurements
- Report will be discussed in the meeting after audit report
- The target of the project is always to provide clients improvements, which can be small changes in the operation or replace/install new equipment.
After the project has been completed, the customer will obtain information including all our findings, suggestions and recommendations.
