Preheater Ancillaries

Applicable for wide range of fuels and raw materials Tailor made design for specified capacity, location, fuel and raw material Optimized structural design to reduce bill of quantity; steel, concrete or composite can be applied. The type of structure is decided based on local costs SAP2000, Xsteel, ANSYS Mechanical, ABAQUS and Nastran for static calculations Optimized refractory design to ensure low radiation loss together with low investment cost.

Proportional diverter gate is used to create hot temperature zone when there’s a tendency to form coating especially with fuels that need longer ignition/combustion time and have low volatile content are used. Raw meal can be diverted in order to feed the meal at 2 different sections of the calciner and above kiln orifice to reduce stickiness of material, therefore helps reducing the coating tendency.

DIP TUBE

Casted dip tube is one of our standard design for lower stages with high temperature and risk of abrasion and corrosion.

  • Segmented design
  • Different alloy for each process
  • Easy assembly and low weight

FLAP VALVES TEXT

  • Long lifetime with optimized mechanical design
  • Sealing for false air between cyclone stages
  • Single or double flap design depending on the meal pipe layout

SPLASH BOX TEXT

Uniform distribution of the raw meal into the riser ducts or calciner is a key aspect for optimized heat exchange and thermal efficiency of the pyro process.

  • Uniform raw meal distribution into gas flow
  • Optimized heat exchange
  • Adjustable splash angle
  • Easy maintenance
  • Long lifetime
