  • Main Burner Simulations and Upgrade
  • Chlorine bypass systems, Design and Upgrade

Gas Conditioning Towers, Process Filter Gas Distribution, Gas Ducts, Kiln Hood, Tertiary Air Ducts etc.

Two main commercial softwares (CPFD Barracuda Virtual Reactor and ANSYS FLUENT) are being used for CFD simulations.

  • Mostly used for cases involving fluid flow, particle and chemistry models such as calciners and cyclones

  • Pressure optimization
  • Mostly used for cases involving mainly fluid flow models such as quenching chambers and kiln thermal simulation
